Make sure pages are usable without scripting:
How do you do this?
Why? Some browsers do not support scripts need
alternatives to content generated by scripts; otherwise, that content
will not be available. Some users turn off scripting or use 'locked
down' computers where scripting has been disabled for security reasons.
Note: WebCT requires javascript and java, however,
University of Tasmania Standard Operating Environment machines (Desktop
PC and Computer Lab machines) are compliant with WebCT
browser configurations.

These tips may be applied to any web site or Vista
course, and are derived from the World Wide Web Consortium
(W3C) Web
Accessibility Initiative but are not intended to reinterpret
them. Web developers are encouraged to access the W3C
