The School of Accounting and Corporate
Governance (formerly the School of Accounting & Finance) was
founded in 1978. The School is one of four Schools within the Faculty
of Business. The School is responsible for teaching the Accounting
and Corporate Governance Majors in Hobart, Launceston, the Cradle
Coast and Malaysia. The School also offers Honours, Masters and
PhD programmes on the Hobart Campus.
The School employs a full time staff of
14 and numerous casual staff. Staff offices are located in the Commerce
Building in Hobart and in Building A in Launceston.
