Bond: 4 weeks' rent to be paid to Service Tasmania

Inclusions: Stovetop cooker, microwave/convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle; queen size bed with mattress and mattress protector; study area and ergonomic chair.
Residents have access to communal spaces including laundry, social spaces and common rooms throughout the residences, an on-site cafe and resident-only computer lab.

About the West Park site
The apartments are located at West Park in Burnie. West Park is a scenic beachside site that is home to the Burnie oval, Tourist Information Centre and Burnie Makers' Workshop. The local shopping precinct is a short stroll along the coastal boardwalk.
West Park is home to colonies of little penguins, a native species of flightless bird. The nearby Burnie Penguin Observation Centre is a popular tourist attraction.
