The Colleges command sweeping views of the City of Hobart, Sandy Bay and the Derwent River, with Hobart’s Mount Wellington as an impressive backdrop.

The University Colleges are a 15 minute walk to the lively Sandy Bay shopping precinct and 30 minutes to Hobart City, with its world acclaimed and charming Salamanca Market, the historic, yet vibrant and trendy Battery Point precinct and the beautiful, relaxing and ever fascinating Hobart waterfront, catering from fishing boats to passenger liners.

If you don’t fancy a pleasant walk in the fresh Hobart air, regular metropolitan bus services provide an easy and affordable link between the University, Hobart and suburbs.

A courtesy bus is also available to take students to off campus sites such as the School of Fine Arts, the Clinical School at the Royal Hobart Hospital and the Conservatory of Music.
