Dr Nadianatra Musa, a recent doctoral graduate from the School of Accounting and Corporate Governance has won the Best Paper Award with two co-authors at the Malaysian Conference on Information Systems (MCIS2013).
MCIS2013, organised by the Universiti Malaysia Sabah, was held at Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia. The winning paper, 'Do Managers Understand (the) Importance of Securing IT Resources?', was derived from Dr Musa's PhD thesis. The paper's co-authors were Dr Vishv Malhotra from the School of Computing and Information Systems, and Associate Professor Trevor Wilmshurst, from the School of Accounting and Corporate Governance, both of UTAS.
Dr Musa is employed as an academic at the Universiti of Malaysia Sarawak, and is based at Kota Samarahan.
