The School of Accounting and Corporate Governance recently launched a new journal to showcase student writing and research. The first edition of Pacioli: The Journal for Student Writing was launched at the annual UTAS Teaching Matters Conference.
The Journal is known as Pacioli after Fra Luca Pacioli, the first person known to document accounting practices. Pacioli is a refereed journal for students from the School of Accounting and Corporate Governance.
Leanne Morrison, one of the student contributors, receives her copy of the inaugural edition from the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Professor Gary O'Donovan. Ms Morrison has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business.
Professor O'Donovan presents Eva Ewe with a copy of the first edition of Pacioli. Ms Ewe was also a contributor to the inaugural issue of the Journal. She has recently completed her studies and graduated with a Master of Professional Accounting.
