What sort of research do you do?
My main field of research is tax. However, I like to describe my research as being cross-disciplinary covering areas such as law and economics, but also public policy and social psychology.

I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I juggle dual roles as a director on a regional health board and a senior lecturer.
Research is something I have always enjoyed, and the area of corporate accountability is one I feel particularly passionately about. The process of writing my Honours thesis revealed several avenues I wanted to pursue further, but time constraints meant that I wasn’t able to develop some of my ideas as fully as I would have liked.
I came to Australia from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia at the start of 2012 to enrol in a Bachelor of Business (Honours) at UTAS.
