Focuses both on statutory and voluntary reporting functions of corporate bodies, including government business enterprises. The unit covers the legislative requirements of company directors in relation to public information, and the preparation and presentation of corporate reports. Also covered are the regulatory requirements of the Australian Stock Exchange and other regulatory bodies, in addition to the voluntary triple bottom line reporting now undertaken by most large business organisations.
