Provides an introduction to the Australian legal system, sources of law such as Parliament and the courts, the Federal system, the legislative process, precedent, alternative dispute resolution, an introduction to criminal law, the law of torts, the law of contract, consumer protection law, Trade Practices, Fair Trading legislation, agency law, introduction to various forms of business organisations including sole traders, partnerships and corporations.
