Investigation into the Microbiological Causes of Epizootics of Pacific Oyster Larvae (Crassostrea gigas) in Commercial Production.

Chris has a background in agricultural science graduating with a B Ag Sc in 2000. Since that time he has worked for six years as an agricultural consultant with Hobart based company Rural Development Services where he worked on a variety of crop-related research and agricultural extension projects. Chris then spent 18 months working in Contaminated Land regulation with a London council. Chris has chosen this project to build on his research skills, broaden his skill base and to contribute to the development of the Tasmanian aquaculture industry.
