Agricultural Science Scholarship These scholarships are offered by the School of Agricultural Science. They are available to students who have performed well at school and who are enrolling for the first time at the University of Tasmania. |
Available to students commencing study in the Bachelor of Agricultural Science or the Bachelor of Applied Science (Agriculture). Interstate students also receive one return airfare per annum to their nearest capital city plus help with relocation expenses. |

Beef Industry Trust Scholarship This scholarship is provided by the Tasmanian Beef Industry Trust to assist students who have an interest in the development of the beef and cattle industry. |
Available to a student eligible to enter second year of a course in the School of Agricultural Science. |

Bert Campbell Memorial Scholarship in Agriculture This scholarship has been provided by the Agricultural Contractors of Tasmania to honour the memory of Bert Campbell, who was a pioneer in harvesting, cereal production and the poppy industry. It is offered to support the development of young people in the agricultural sciences. |
Available to a student eligible to enter the final year of their degree, either year 3 of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Agriculture) or year 4 of the Bachelor of Agricultural Science. |

Beryl Bennett Bursary This bursary was established to honour the memory of Beryl Bennett and to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in courses in the School of Agricultural Science at the University of Tasmania. |
Available to a commencing or continuing student in the School of Agricultural Science. Selection is based on demonstrated financial need as well as evidence of academic ability. |

Bruce Wall Estate Honours Scholarship (Agriculture/Aquaculture) Two scholarships are provided from the estate of the late Bruce Wall which supports a number of Tasmanian youth projects. |
Available to students eligible to enter honours in agriculture or aquaculture. |

Country Women's Association Bursary The Country Women’s Association Bursary is made available each year through the generosity of the Tasmanian Branch, which supports a rural student to undertake a course at UTAS which has relevance to regional communities. |
Available to a female student from a rural area commencing study in the Bachelor of Agricultural Science. Assessment will be made on semester one results. |

Fruit Growers Tasmania Honours Scholarship Fruit Growers Tasmania, the peak body representing the interests of the State's apple, pear and stone fruit industries, will support a student whose honours research will further improve the technical capacity and value of these industries to Tasmania. |
Available to a student undertaking honours study in either area with a project relevant to the fruit industry. |

George Wade Tasmania University Scholarship in Agricultural Science This endowed scholarship is offered in honour of the late Professor George Wade, a respected plant pathologist who established the School of Agricultural Science at UTAS in 1962. His 19-year leadership largely shaped the school as it is today. |

Graeme Tole Memorial Scholarship in Agricultural Science The late Graeme Tole made a significant contribution to the Tasmanian agricultural sector before his death in 2004. He was Australian prime lands producer of the year in 1999, involved in Rural Youth, Apex and Landcare. |
Available to a student eligible to commence second year in a course in the School of Agricultural Science. |

Hedley Lux Gregg Bursary in Agricultural Science This bursary is provided from the estate of the late Hedley Lux Gregg, who was a farmer from Campania in southern Tasmania. |
Available to a commencing or continuing student in the School of Agricultural Science who needs financial support. |

Impact Fertilisers Scholarship This scholarship is provided by Impact Fertilisers, a major manufacturer and distributor of fertiliser to Tasmanian agricultural industries. |

John Turner Memorial Scholarship in Agricultural Science This scholarship has been endowed by Mrs Cheryl Turner, the wife of the late John Turner who was a pharmacist with a great passion for the land. |

Lewis and Sons Bursary in Agricultural Science This perpetual bursary was established by the Lewis family on behalf of Lewis and Sons, which was a successful rural supplies business in Wynyard. |

Murray Goulburn Co-op Ltd West North-West Bursary Murray Goulburn Co-op Ltd is based at Edith Creek near Smithton and is a major producer of UHT long life food products. |
Available to a student from the Circular Head area who is commencing an agricultural science course or is enrolled in the Faculty of Business. Vacation work is also available with Murray Goulburn Co-Op. |

Neale Edwards Scholarship in Agricultural Science or Forestry Neale Edwards' family, long involved in Tasmania's rural sector, has endowed this scholarship to encourage interest and involvement in Tasmania's rural sector. |
Available to a student who is interested in Tasmanian rural industries and is commencing a degree in agriculture or forestry. |

Peracto Honours Scholarship in Agricultural Science This scholarship is offered by Peracto Pty Ltd, Australasia’s leading and fastest growing agricultural research company, specialising in the practical application of new ideas and technologies in all aspects of agriculture and related industries. |
Available to a student commencing honours in agricultural science after successfully acquiring either a Bachelor of Applied Science (Agriculture) or successfully completing the first three years of the Bachelor of Agricultural Science. |

The Robert Gatenby Tasmania University Scholarship in Agricultural Science This scholarship is provided by the estate of Robert Gatenby, who was an innovative Tasmanian farmer and horticulturalist before his death in a light plane crash in 1992. |
