Gifts to the Foundation promote excellence, innovation and participation at UTAS. Support from our alumni and friends is essential for the University to continue to fulfil its mission as Tasmania's university and is able to make a significant contribution to the cultural, economic and social development in Tasmania,
nationally and globally.
The Development Fund provides a vital means for the Foundation to build and
extend its fundraising activities, which enables it to significantly garner support
for endowing the future of UTAS.
The vision for the Development Fund is to reach an ambitious goal of $3 million
over the next few years to act as an annual endowed fund. This fund will support
areas of greatest need within the University.
