Shashi Caan, founder and principal of the New York-based firm the Shashi Caan Collective and current President of the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI), will be speaking about her book Rethinking Design and Interiors: human beings in the built environment.
Shashi Caan holds two Masters Degrees, in Architecture and in Industrial Design, and a BFA (hons) in Environmental Design. In 2010, Ms Caan was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Fine Arts Degree by the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID).
