Edward Colless is the Head of Department, Visual Art History & Theory Faculty of the Victorian College of the Arts The University of Melbourne. Edward will talk about his novel and the research done in Paris with the background of counter-factual or slipstream fiction, with an examples of of steampunk, he proposes a new image of art that interferes with this erotic chemistry: necromantic rather than romantic and thus a catastrophic undoing of the bachelor machine.
