The Tasmanian School of Art has an enviable reputation as one of Australia's most innovative tertiary art institutions.
Housed within a purpose-renovated warehouse on Hobart's waterfront and located near natural wilderness and world heritage areas, the school offers a wide range of programs which capitalise upon the advantages of its unique location.
When he completed college, Ben Kluss was interested in art school but listened to advice to experience other aspects of life first. After serving an apprenticeship in Graphic Pre-Press, he then decided to enrol in a Bachelor of Fine Art at the Tasmanian School of Art, UTAS. He took a break mid-way for several years, travelling around Australia, and after a few of life's detours he went on to complete his undergraduate, Honours and a Masters of Fine Arts and now exhibits as Jamin whilst continuing to develop his artistic practice.
