    • Students are assigned an academic mentor and are offered the opportunity to attend a variety of forums and events throughout semester 1 & 2.

  • 2nd/3rd year level
    • Students are required to enrol in and complete HAA203/303 Advanced Honours Symposia as student elective.
    • Enrolment into HAA203 or HAA303 is compulsory for the continued enrolment in the Advanced Honours program.
• 2011
  • 2nd year level
    • Students are required to enrol in and complete HAA203 Advanced Honours Symposia as a student elective.
  • 3rd year level
    • Students may enrol in and complete HAA303 Advanced Honours Symposia as a student elective or enrol in their relevant discipline’s Special Topic units.

Eligibility

• Students are considered for entry to the Advanced Honours Program at a 1st year level on the basis of a TER/ITI score of 90+ and enrolment in an eligible Arts or Arts Combined Degree.
• Students are invited to begin or continue in the Advanced Honours Program at a 2nd/year and 3rd year levels and enrol in HAA203/303 providing they have completed 100% of their studies at an introductory level and are eligible for the Dean’s Roll of Excellence.

• This program is by arrangement only and provides candidates with the chance to work one to one with an academic with whom they share a research interest.
• Students may nominate an academic who is then contacted by their mentor to seek agreement.
• The Summer Research Program is a three day voluntary program.
