At the Conservatorium of Music you'll explore the development of music throughout history and the impact it has had on the political and social environment.
Your studies will involve a comprehensive overview of western music from antiquity to the present, with a program of integrated listening.
You can also gain familiarity with the stylistic characteristics of the major genres such as medieval, renaissance, baroque, classical, romantic and 20th century periods, jazz and popular music, and knowledge of major repertoire.
