Junction Arts Festival starts this week in Launceston, and there’s a special Indonesian presentation next Saturday September 10, that’s well worth a look!

‘5FootWay’ is a journey into DIY Science Fiction, an interdisciplinary work by Mike Hornblow and Agung Gunawan, in collaboration with students from the UTAS School of Architecture and Design. An Indonesian food cart and Gamelan orchestra will play host to interactive proposals around the future of food, with live internet links to Pelem Festival in Java, Indonesia.


SAT 10 SEPTEMBER:  8:30am - 12:30pm (with Gamelan, 9am & 10:30am)

Free: no bookings required
