Ann Joined the AIRC as a research fellow in September 2010. She graduated with a Bachelor of Eonomics with Honours in 2005, and a Master of International Business in 2007. She has recently submitted her PhD thesis which examined the influence of organisational capabilities on the adoption and influence of corporate sustainability practices on financial performance in SME's.
Ann's research interests cover the innovation strategies of firms, corporate governance, social responsibility and sustainability reporting, specifically relating to the development of theoretically derived models of sustainable business practices in SME's. Her role at the AIRC focuses on analysis of the Tasmanian Innovation Census data.
