Sarah joined the AIRC as a Research Assistant in December 2011. Prior to this, she worked as the Policy and Advocacy Manager for the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science with Honours in 2006, and a Master of Agricultural Science in 2010 from the University of Tasmania.She is currently undertaking a MBA specialising in agricultural innovation.
At the AIRC, Sarah has been involved in projects including economic diversification, the 2013 Tasmanian Innovation Census and Pathways to Market.
Sarah's areas of interests include agriculture, regional development, and innovation in the agri-food sector.
