Students rise to the Challenge

Over 180 students from around the State attended the 2015 Economics Challenge on 29 July. Run by the Tasmanian School of Business and Economics, the Economics Challenge gives students in Years 11 and 12 the opportunity to be tested on their economics knowledge through hands-on activities that simulate real life situations.

This year the students were presented with challenges based on international trade, fisheries economics and the roles of buyers and sellers in markets.
