Marketing Careers

Marketing careers in a dynamic business environment all contain elements concerned with communication, people and results. Approximately thirty percent of all employees worldwide are engaged in marketing-related jobs in private enterprise, government and non-profit sectors. A marketing major at the University of Tasmania will equip graduates with skills to plan, organise and control marketing activities in a highly competitive environment. By taking a marketing major, UTAS graduates will acquire knowledge of marketing systems including consumer marketing, industrial marketing, non-profit marketing, public sector marketing and services marketing.
