Tourism is one of the major industries of the 21st Century. It is an industry with long term growth prospects, worldwide. At the University of Tasmania , professional skills acquired through the study of tourism and complementary majors will equip graduates for a variety of roles. Many areas for careers in tourism are well established including those in niche areas as well as those in global organisations.
