The Graduate Certificate of Tourism Management is designed specifically for business professionals requiring specialist tourism knowledge. It provides the opportunity to develop new skills or upgrade knowledge in tourism management. The course addresses the challenges for sustainable tourism and effective destination management, as well as global issues relating to tourism.
The Graduate Certificate of Tourism Management provides a strong focus on destination management and sustainable tourism in the dynamic tourism environment. Graduates will be better equipped to provide leadership and manage effectively within the tourism profession. Electives enable students to choose to focus on areas of professional knowledge which will complement their tourism expertise in areas such as marketing, human resources, finance, strategic and environmental management.
