Lisa became State Manager for Westpac's 'Lomond' Customer Contact Centre (CCC) in September 2011 and leads a team of 300. Previously, Lisa was Assistant State Manager and played an integral role in the successful consolidation of two centres in Tasmania. Lisa has strongly advocated skills development programmes with the CCC winning a Tasmanian Employer of Choice award in 2012.
Lisa has 14 years' experience with Westpac following working at the Trust Bank (now part of the Commonwealth Bank) in several leadership positions and has a wide business network in Tasmania. Prior to Westpac, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, reading and footy in particular AFL.
John is the Managing Director of pitt&sherry, a leading Australian professional services company which has operations in the transport, industrial and community infrastructure sectors and on mitigation and adaptation challenges associated with climate change. John has over 30 years of consulting experience on infrastructure projects of all types: particularly transport infrastructure - including international work in Africa, UK and SE Asia.
John's current role is centred on business building, leadership, strategic planning and the incubation of a competitive sustainable company culture. John sees pitt&sherry as having responsibility and the opportunity to improve community social and environmental outcomes through its work and performance as an economic entity.
Lou is currently the Community Relations Specialist for Bell Bay Aluminium. Previously she has worked as Executive Officer of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce and for WIN Television. Lou is Chair of the Launceston Festivale Committee; is involved in Rotary, Regional Development Australia Tasmania Committee, and Scotch Oakburn College and is on the Board of the Tasmanian Leaders Inc.
Lou has qualifications in law and participated in the Tasmanian Leaders Program in 2009.
