The following parking permits are available. To apply for a permit, complete the relevant parking permit application form and forward to Campus Services.
Staff parking permits are available to current full-time, part-time and honorary University of Tasmania staff only.
Please note that University parking arrangements are currently under review. Staff may purchase a parking permit for the period 25 February 2013 to 30 June 2013. Arrangements for staff parking permits for the period starting 1 July 2013 will be announced during semester 1, 2013.
Staff parking permit prices for the period 25 February to 30 June 2013 are:

The online parking system allows you to submit an application for your permit either by confirming your existing details or completing a new application for new staff, then process your payment via salary sacrifice or credit card online. If you select the salary sacrifice option, you will be directed to the UTAS Web Kiosk. Once logged on to the Web Kiosk, go to the deductions screen inside the payroll details folder. Refer to instructions on how to process your salary deduction or from the deductions screen.
If you select credit card payment you will be directed to the UTAS credit card payment screen, then just follow the prompts. If you wish to pay cash you can print out a payment slip to take to the cashier. For salary sacrifice and credit card payees, once your payment has been processed by the Pay Office/Finance, Campus Services will be automatically notified and your permit will be issued and sent to you in the internal mail. Please allow 5 working days to receive your permit.
Renew your staff parking permit or apply for a new permit (2013 parking permits will be available from 18 January 2012, but you may apply for a permit from 6 December 2012.)
