Staff parking permits for the following locations will be charged at the CBD staff parking permit rate:
Staff who hold a CBD staff parking permit will be permitted to park in standard staff permit parking bays on the Sandy Bay and Newnham campuses in addition to their nominated CBD site.
Each of the CBD sites has a limited number of staff parking bays. The number of CBD permits sold for each CBD site will match the number of CBD parking bays at each site. CBD parking bays will be allocated at the discretion of the school or faculty attached to the CBD site. Staff are permitted to share a permit, but please note that shared permits will still be processed, recorded and paid for under one name, so any sharing arrangement would be the staff members’ responsibility.

2. If your head of school/faculty/institute allocates you a CBD parking space, fill in your details on the online parking system. 3. Complete payment details by either filling in a fortnightly salary deduction approval form (available from the contacts listed above) and send it to Human Resources, Payroll Services, Locked Bag 1346, Launceston OR select the credit card payment option to submit a one-off credit card payment.

Medical Science Precinct staff who hold a current CBD staff parking permit and who are on the academic pay scale or equivalent to HEO level 5 or above will need to fill in a salary deduction approval form to reflect the increased price for the CBD parking permit.
For HEO1-4 staff (or part-time staff who are paid at the level equivalent to HEO4 step 4 or below), the fortnightly price will remain the same for 2013.
