Paula teaches on a range of units in both the University Preparation Program (UPP) and the Diploma of University Studies (DUS). She is also the Campus Coordinator for Pre-Degree Programs in Hobart.
Paula has taught at the University of Tasmania since 2000, initially in programs to prepare International students for successful university entry, such as Foundation Studies, IELTS Test Preparation and the Direct Entry Academic Program (DEAP), and then moving to Pre-Degree Programs to assist Domestic students in achieving the same goals. She has held positions on the University's Voice Project Steering Committee and co-founded the Student Learning Support Network Community of Practice. She holds a Bachelor degree in Adult and Vocational Education and is completing Post-Graduate studies in Educational Technology.
