The latest Denison Debate was held at the University of Tasmania on Monday 6 June, in the lead up to the State Budget and examined priorities and options for Tasmania’s future.

“It's the ideal time to explore questions about what is Tasmania’s future and whether we are in fact the nation’s beggars or whether we can be real choosers?” Director of the Inglis Clark Centre Dr Natasha Cica said.

“Tasmania may well be standing at a tipping point - whether we thrive, or slide, depends on being smart and strategic about our future.”

Dr Natasha Cica, Director of the Inglis Clark Centre for Civil Society, was in discussion with the following guest speakers:
