Keynvan Sartipi – Ocean Engineering

Hi my name is Keyvan, I’m from the Gold Coast and I’m in my third year of studies here at the AMC. I’m doing Ocean Engineering and I really want to get involved in building structures in the maritime environment and the AMC is the only place in Australia where I could have studied this and it’s definitely going to help me get a job doing that.

Hello my name is Kylie. I am doing a Bachelor of Business in Maritime and Logistics Management at the AMC. I hope to become a manager of a shipping port and I believe the AMC will get me there.

Chris Gaskin – Marine and Offshore Systems

My name is Chris Gaskin, I’m studying a Bachelor of Marine and Offshore Systems at the Australian Maritime College. I’m currently in my third year. I’m originally from Sydney and I decided to come down here to study Marine Engineering because a lot of my peers said it was a great place to study.

Kanwal Dewan – Marine Environment Studies

Hi I’m Kanwal from Montreal, Canada. Decided to take the plunge and travel 12,000 kilometres down to Tassie and so far I’m loving it. I’m studying the Bachelor of Applied Science Marine Environment degree in marine coastal conservation here at the Australian Maritime College and towards the end of my three years I’d like to see myself working for the United Nations environmental program and so far with the help from the Australian Maritime College and the lecturers and staff it seems I’m well on my way.

Hi my name is Sara Naylor and I’m studying a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Environment at the AMC. I’m interested in international oceans governance and marine resource sustainability and I’m hoping the AMC is going to help me land a great job with the UN one day.

Tristan Jennings – Naval Architecture

I’m Tristan Jennings and I’m studying Naval Architecture at the AMC and I’m here because I love boats and design and I know that a degree through the AMC will get me into a job there.

Paul Ladas – International Seafaring

My name is Paul Ladas. I’m completing a cadetship through the AMC which has allowed me already in life to travel to places like to Caribbean, America, the Mediterranean, all throughout Asia and back to the AMC to finish my studies.

I’m Landon Kibby from Melbourne, Victoria. I’m studying Ocean Engineering at the Australian Maritime College. I got the dream job that I was after in South East Asia, basically because I studied at the Australian Maritime College.
