Teaching Responsibilities
Dr Blackman has a strong commitment to teaching and is particularly interested in the applications of modern technology to this area. This interest includes computer generated audiovisual aids and computer aided learning. He has written a simulation of qualitative organic analysis which is used by organic chemistry students in this and other universities; the program has been released as shareware.
