BLUENET: Swimming in a sea of data

UTAS has received over $3.5 million from the Australian Government to establish BlueNet - the Australian Marine Science Data Network. The project aims to provide a virtual data centre to support long term curation and management of data for Australia's marine science researchers.

Invitation to advise TPAC of data set of general value to the ESS community

The TPAC digital library hosts a wide range of oceanographic and climatic data and brings together the resources and unique data libraries held by the BMRC, CSIRO, ACE CRC, UTAS and the AAD (http://www.tpac.org.au/datasets/diglib.htm).


TPAC would like to know if there are any other datasets that ARC Research Network Node Convenors would like to see available at the TPAC digital library. This may include datasets such as satellite sea ice concentrations, ocean colour products for the Australian Antarctic region, tidal gauge measurements, etc that advances your ARC Earth System Science goals.
