Public output: affiliations and attributions

 

Affiliations

QMS students are enrolled in the UTAS-CSIRO Joint PhD Program in Quantitative Marine Science. You are simultaneously affiliated to your school of enrolment and CSIRO.

Attributions

In any public output you should recognise both your School and CSIRO as these are the "home" institutions. If relevant you should list the ACE CRC here as well.

Acknowledgments

QMS is the program under which you study. Reference to the QMS PhD Program should be made in the acknowledgments. You should also acknowledge other sources of funding such as CSIRO top-up scholarships.

Acknowledgement: The author is supported by a joint CSIRO-UTAS PhD scholarship in Quantitative Marine Science (QMS) and a top-up CSIRO PhD stipend (through the Wealth from Oceans National Research Flagship).

Powerpoint presentations and posters

Along with the relevant attributions you should also include thet QMS, UTAS and CSIRO logos. These need go on the front slide only of a Power Point presentations.

Special note about ACE CRC

For those of you holding ACE CRC top-up scholarships or who have signed an IP agreement with ACE CRC there is an ACE CRC attribution policy (word doc 133KB) that you must consider.
