Assessment

All QMS units will be formally assessed. The exact form of assessment may vary from unit to unit, however assessment is likely to include submittable laboratory/class work (60%) and a project report (40%). Candidates must pass both components to pass the unit.

QMS PhD Candidates who successfully complete the unit assessment requirements will be awarded an ungraded pass.

If you do not satisfactorily complete the unit assessment requirements you may be required to repeat the unit.
