Commercial Services and Development (CSD) is responsible for a range of strategic and operational functions relating to the University's built environment, student accommodation, campus services and business enterprises. CSD is a section within the Division of the Chief Operating Officer.
Commercial Services and Development is responsible for the whole-of-lifecycle management of all centrally owned UTAS physical infrastructure and assets including:
