Faults classified as 'Immediate' include any faults:
Maximum response time: 2 hours.
Completion time: 4 hours.
Faults classified as 'urgent' include any faults other than those defined for immediate works that affect the facility operating conditions, for example replacement of a damaged GPO.
Maximum response time: 3 days.
Completion time: 4 days.
Faults classified as 'standard' include faults to minor equipment or component failure where the equipment or component does not overly affect normal operation.
Maximum response time: 2 weeks.
Completion time: 3 weeks.
