As part of the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre, this project involved researchers and Aged Care allied health, nursing and medical staff from the Royal Hobart Hospital. The overall aim of the TOPD Project was to improve the sharing of dementia care data in Tasmania and thereby assist dementia research and better management of dementia care services. A prototype of a data collection tool was developed and trialled in two wards of the RHH. The outcomes of this trial have provided insights for a number of papers and conference presentations
