Before completing assignments it is important that you read and understand the University's Statement on Plagiarism and Referencing.

Obtaining Assignment Cover Sheets

Cover sheets must be submitted with all assignments prescribed by the School. Your lecturer will indicate how the sheets are to be submitted. Cover sheets can be obtained from:

• Technical Services Help Desk in Launceston
• outside the School office in Hobart in the Computing and Information Systems Building
• outside the School Reception Desk in Hobart in the Centenary Building

You can also download your own cover sheets:

• individual assignments (Word 99.5 KB) - can be submitted electronically without signature (you must edit the document)
• individual assignments (PDF 230.4 KB) - download, print and sign
• group assignments (PDF 203.7 KB) - must be printed and signed by all members of the group
