This position is part of the ITS Client Services team and is responsible for providing first line telephone/email/remote support to customer enquiries to the ITS Service Desk. The position is responsible for providing a highly client-focused service through giving advice, technical support, and consultation in the use of personal computing software and hardware to staff and students at the University of Tasmania.
