Contact Human Resources using the following links for any changes to:
- Name Change (e.g. following marriage) or Title Change (e.g. to Doctor)
- Department or Post Box number
- Job Title
Contact the IT Service Desk on x1818 or log a request online at http://www.utas.edu.au/selfservice to change your email address. Please note that email addresses may only be changed after a name change has already been processed by Human Resources.
If the extension listed for you is incorrect or no extension is listed for you please use the "Telephony Services" form at https://eforms.utas.edu.au to update the settings of your telephone service. Select "Modify Existing Phone Service", provide your extension number, and update any details listed under "Modifications" to ensure the details of your extension are correct.
