University staff making third party copyright works available online to students without permission will need to use the Library's electronic reserve service Reading Lists which is part of the digital copyright management system (DCMS).
The DCMS is the University's software system for recording and storing third party copyright materials. Further information about Copyright and UTAS teaching technologies is available on the Teaching technologies and copyright web page.
You must become familiar with the limitations and conditions for copying and communicating copyright material outlined on the Teaching and Copyright web page before using the technologies available to host such materials. This will ensure that your use of the technologies to host material is not rejected.
