Required unit for performance/composition stream majors intending to take the Major Research Project to complete the Master of Music Studies (F7K) and Master of Music (F7E)


This unit is designed to familiarize students with the major bibliographic sources appropriate for research in music at the postgraduate level. Students will establish a solid foundation in research methodology for future research projects through a variety of research tasks and presentation formats.
