Strategic Management JNB519

The unit provides students with a framework for managing the strategic thinking and operation of an organisation and to help them develop skills in thinking and acting strategically. To steer an organisation towards the fulfilment of strategicpurpose requires a combination of knowledge and experience. In this unit students are provided with a good working knowledge of the strategic management process. Students should draw upon all the relevant knowledge and skills gained from previous units and put them to optimal use.
