This unit introduces students to the concepts, applications and practice of management. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of management that are vital for the successful operation of any business. They will be exposed to a widely accepted body of knowledge, introducing contemporary issues in the practice of management. The opinions and experiences of both practitioners and academics from various journals and publications will be emphasised.
