Workplace Attributes BAA711

Introduction

This unit focuses on several specific, non-technical, attributes identified by employers as essential skills for graduate employees. It develops these attributes through simulated workplace experiences and builds on the knowledge and skills developed in BAA514 and BAA606. Students will demonstrate attributes valued by employers by mirroring the performance measures used within workplaces and through experimental learning methods. Through group and individual activities, students will be able to analyse, and critique, their own development, and that of their peers. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying the needs of stakeholder groups across a range of possible environments.
