Students are expected to maintain a regular schedule of rehearsals throughout the semester.
This unit continues the work developed in Chamber Music 3A. The unit provides students the opportunity for further development the skills required for progressive participation in an advanced-level ensemble. The content focuses on the building of ensemble expertise to develop collaborative, interpretative and presentation skills for the performance of standard and new ensemble/chamber music repertoire. Repertoire shall be determined and agreed upon by the students and unit coordinator at the commencement of semester. All students will plan the subsequent rehearsal schedule and undertake the required research and repertoire analysis necessary to enable a concert performance of substantial quality.
