Health LEADS Australia is a nationally-agreed leadership framework for health and human services. It is used as an organising concept within this unit to assist students to engage with and understand a broad range of contemporary leadership theories.
Students will develop their leadership through independent, observational and interactive learning practices. Students will demonstrate their leadership in real-world situations through a change-related project.Students will emerge with a deeper understanding of the theory and practice of leadership and a stronger ability to articulate this in new and evolving situations.
