This unit will focus on the theory underpinning Practice Development to enable and enhance students’ individual leadership capabilities, skills and knowledge within their own practice setting. Students will engage in a diverse range of learning opportunities to develop the skills needed in order to optimise and enhance their own professional practice and the practice of others.

Facilitated Discussion (Part A) 10% and Written Paper (Part B): 50% (2500 words).
