A case-based study of medication management and clinical pharmacy issues in Endocrinology, Rheumatology and Oncology Supportive Care. Structured Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) approach will also be used as an integral component of self-directed learning in some of the case studies.

Assignment based assessment comprises of four assignments. Each assignment is based on patient cases from hospital and/or community pharmacy practice. Each assignment will carry equal marks (25%) and students need to have a cumulative score of at least 50% across four assignments to pass the unit Assignment 1 and 2 will be based on short clinical cases. Assignment 3 will be based on a long clinical case whereas assignment 4 will be about developing and presenting a clinical presentation. Specific rubrics will be made available for students to assess their performance against standardised criteria prior to the final submission for each assessment task.
