Course objectives
Students in the Bachelor of Adult and Applied Learning will be teaching or aspiring to teach in an applied learning setting, such as TAFE, private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or in a workplace educator or trainer role. This course is also suitable for Service personnel seeking a commission in training specialisations. Students who complete this degree will enjoy the flexible nature of online learning, and gain a professional qualification to enhance their teaching career.
Career outcomes
Graduates of the Bachelor of Adult and Applied Learning will be highly valued by TAFEs, Defence & Emergency Service training academies, nursing and hospitality colleges, and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). They also will be well positioned to fulfil roles within Human Resource and Development (HRD) where the professional development of staff is a key function.

Fees & scholarships
Domestic students
This is a full-fee course, which means you’ll need to pay the full amount for your studies. Commonwealth Supported Places are not available in this course. However, there are still support options available for eligible students to help you manage the cost of studying this course.
You may be able to fund all or part of your tuition fees by accessing a FEE-HELP loan from the Australian Government. FEE-HELP is a loan scheme that assists domestic full-fee students to pay for University, which is repaid through the Australian Tax System once you earn above a repayment threshold. This means you’ll only have to start repaying the loan once you start earning above a specific amount
